- BrokerOS is built for individual brokers and small teams at boutique and independent commercial real estate firms. It supports investment sales and leasing workflows for brokers who currently manage their pipeline in a spreadsheet and the details of each deal in email.
- How does BrokerOS keep deal records current?
- Brokers can forward selected deal emails to BrokerOS or connect an inbox for automatic polling. BrokerOS determines which messages are relevant, routes each one to the right deal or prospect, captures contacts and documents, updates next steps, and sends ambiguous items to a review queue.
- Does BrokerOS replace my email or existing CRE software?
- No. BrokerOS works with the email and software a brokerage already uses. Its role is to centralize deal context and keep the operating record current, reducing spreadsheet reconciliation and inbox searching rather than requiring a wholesale system replacement.
- What client-facing outputs does BrokerOS support?
- BrokerOS supports client-facing deal rooms and dynamic property flyers. Flyers can be shared as a webpage or exported as a PDF, using information already stored in the deal record so brokers do not have to re-key the same data.
